Catherine joined Moneybox in November 2010 as Operations Manager. Catherine has human resource, project management and corporate and office management experience and has worked in small and medium to large sized businesses.

Catherine is responsible for ensuring Moneybox's Management and Mortgage and Insurance Advisers have the ability to provide outstanding and excellent customer service to all clients.  Catherine is responsible for providing the Moneybox team with necessary resources, processes and administrative support required to fulfil the demands of their individual roles.  Catherine understands that professionalism, attention to detail, being organised, flexible and responsive, and understanding the business and the needs of individuals is critical to Moneybox being a successful business.

Catherine's spare time is spent with her husband and their two young children and with family and friends.
